Deposit & Payment Policy
All event bookings at Rhapsody Resort are confirmed once a deposit has been received and a signed booking form returned. The full balance is payable 14 days before your event. Please note that cancellations within 14 days of your event will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Additional terms cover cleaning, damages, and adherence to our no-smoking and no-adult-entertainment policies. A full copy of our terms is available on request.
To ensure comfort and safety, strict capacity limits apply to our spaces. These limits are enforced by law and cannot be exceeded.

For events held after 7:00 pm, security is required and will be arranged by Rhapsody Resort at an additional cost of $50 per hour. A pre-authorised security bond of $100–$300 is also held for all bookings to cover potential damages, extra cleaning, or emergencies. This bond is released once the venue is checked and cleared after your event.
