We would like to inform you that a new development is underway near Rhapsody Resort, located at 152-162 The Esplanade Surfers Paradise, just to the south east of the property. While construction activity has begun, we currently don’t have the full building schedule. As a result, there may be some noise or disturbance during your stay with us.
