Check-in is from 2pm daily. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier, however, we can not guarantee that your apartment will be ready any early than the 2pm check in time. We have a luggage room that is available if you arrive early and you can store your luggage and begin your Gold Coast adventure until your apartment becomes available at 2pm.

On arrival to Rhapsody Resort we require the person who is on the reservation paperwork to check in with their government issued photo ID, a credit/debit card and their reservation confirmation. The person named on the reservation must be present on arrival and pay the balance of accommodation and is the authorised lead guest to check in. Rhapsody Resort accommodation accounts must be paid in full before keys are issued.

1.3% & 2.75% merchant fees apply to Visa/MasterCard and American Express respectively.

Rhapsody Resort requires a security bond for each apartment and the pre-authorisation is held for the entire stay. This is for charge backs or any incidentals and is released 5-7 business days after departure. AUD $100 pre-authorisation for: Studio, 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom apartments (Alternatively a $250 cash bond is available on request)

If you are arriving to Rhapsody Resort after our reception closes at 10pm, we will require notice prior to your arrival. We will also require the first night deposit or your accomodation to be paid in full prior to arrival. Once these arrangements are made we will send you further instructions to collect your key after hours. The morning after you check in we will require you to come down to reception to finish the check in process.

Our car parking facilities are provided as a complimentary  service, they are undercover and secure car parking facility. However, our car park and the park provided are subject to availability on arrival to the resort. Please note that the height restriction for our car park is 2.2m.
